After you contact our office via e-mail the case manager, Crista Dumond, will contact you via e-mail to set up a telephone interview. Following the telephone interview we will mail you a questionnaire to fill out and return to Delta Paranormal Society. The faster you get back to us, the faster we can help.
The next step is to set up a in depth interview at the location. There will be 2 or 3 of us to visit you at the location. All persons who have had experiences at the location will need to be present for this interview. This interview will take between 2 to 4 hours depending on how much activity is claimed to be there. During the interview we will do a walkthrough of all the “hot spots” you have reported. Also, we will take the baseline reading of the rooms in question. We will be taking photos at this time as well. This process will be video taped. Please keep in mind that we keep any/all information confidential. Unless you give Delta Paranormal Society the permission to release evidence. We will research the history of the location. We ask that you share any information you have on the location with us.
After all the information is reviewed from the in depth interview, then we will set up a date and time for the investigation. There will be 6 members of Delta Paranormal Society who will conduct the investigation. Unless more members are needed.
When we show up for the investigation, at the time scheduled, you will see us unload all of our equipment. We will have totes, bags, boxes, laptops; which holds all of our equipment. We will set our equipment up as fast and safely as possible.
Before we begin our investigation, we will take another baseline reading. We will also ask if anything else has been going on in the location after you contacted our office. All members of Delta Paranormal Society will regroup before we start the investigation. There will be 2 members at the command post at all times. A team of 2 will go into the location and begin investigating. After a few hours we will send in another team of 2. The investigation will take anywhere from 6 to 10 hours depending on the activity at the location. Please keep in mind that you have a lot going on in the home/business, we may need more time to investigate and may need to come back the next night. The homeowner/leaser/renter/property owner may remain on site for the investigation. We cannot allow children on site/location at this time. Or any persons that are scared. Please make arrangements for those to be at another location during this time.
After the investigation is complete, we will pack up and leave. After we leave your home, should you ever feel uncomfortable, unsafe, scared, we are there for you and only a phone call or e-mail away. I tell all my clients to please contact me should you need to discuss further, need further clarification/understanding, or just want to talk. Also, should you wish to have a home cleansing or blessing to rid any spirits that may be present, we can certainly help in that area by pointing you in the right direction to one of our colleagues that practice in that field. I will accompany whomever we recommend to your home, if you wish, and may participate/assist in the cleansing. Some clients choose not to do a cleansing and are comfortable with any spirits that may remain in their homes, once they understand who they are or why they are there.
Note: We will go over everything our investigators will do during the investigation, before we begin. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have at anytime.
We will begin to review all evidence. Please note that all members have full time jobs and this will take time to complete.
We will set up a meeting with the client to review our findings. Please note that Delta Paranormal Society does not guarantee any proof of paranormal activity. We will scrutinize all evidence in an attempt to rule out any natural causes or contributing factors. As we have obtained in the past, evidence of paranormal activity may be obtained in your case as well, but there are no guarantees.
We do not charge for our services. We are a non-profit organization. We will never ask you for any money. However, we do accept donations that are greatly appreciated.
